The Osceola Public Library has been serving the Village of Osceola and surrounding communities on both sides of the St. Croix River since 1870.  The Library is part of a 53 library system (called MORE) that gives patrons access to over a million books, eBooks, magazines, compact discs, and DVDs. 

The Osceola Public Library offers a variety of programs for its patrons:  a weekly story time, summer reading programs for children, teens and adults, winter reading programs, book discussions for adults and teens, and book sales.
