VILLAGE OF OSCEOLA
MUNICIPAL COURT CLERK (PART-TIME)
The Village of Osceola is accepting applications for a part-time Municipal Court Clerk. This position performs case management, courtroom support, financial recordkeeping, and customer service in a municipal court setting.
Hours: 10–15 hours/week (flexible)
Pay: $20.00–$26.00/hour
Benefits: Not eligible
Duties include:
Maintaining court records and case files; preparing dockets; assisting the Judge during hearings; processing fines and fees; issuing legal documents; and communicating with the public, police, and court officials.
Qualifications:
High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Two years of clerical/administrative experience preferred. Knowledge of court procedures, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with computers and financial recordkeeping desired.
