Industrial Properties and Business Parks

Osceola takes pride in its two industrial parks which are carefully designed and well maintained.  They are equipped with water, sewer, gas, electric, paved roads and curb and gutter. 

Osceola Industrial Park
 is located on the southeast side of the Village with access from County Road M.  Located near the Municipal Airport, there are three developed parcels available (7, 9 and 12 acres) with additional land available adjacent to the Industrial Park.

The Airport Business Park is located on the south side of the Village with access from State Route 35 or County Road M.  The three developed parcels available (7, 17 and 30 acres) can be divided to suit.  The property adjoins the L.O. Simenstad Municipal Airport.  Taxiway access is available from most sites.  Over 200 acres of additional land is available adjacent to the Airport Business Park.

The Village of Osceola has an agreement with the Osceola Industrial Development Corporation to market available sites in the Industrial Park and the Airport Business Park.  The OIDC provides market information in addition to coordinating program and financing opportunities.
