2019 Polk County Housing Study

The Village of Osceola participated in a larger County wide housing study with the intent to better understand where the housing stock currently sits and where it needs to move to accommodate needs through 2040. This comprehensive review focuses on all aspects of local and regional housing patterns. It also provides tools and resources for the community to use in future residential planning. The study was completed with a close partnership of Polk County, WCWRPC, local advisors and area communities.
