The meeting will begin after the Planning Commission meeting.
The agenda for the meeting:
- Introductions
- Continue working on the Purpose of the Committee
- Begin work on defining the Committee membership
To prepare for the meeting please make a note of what you see the Purpose of the Committee being. Try to distill it down to a few words or a phrase or two. This will be asked to be shared at the meeting.
Also, please come prepared to share how you see yourself participating in the Committee's work. You may have a specific idea or project you'd like to work on. Or you may have particular skills or experiences you'd like to contribute to the work.
