Detour on Cascade/USH 35 at 3rd Avenue is required for the replacement of the 1917 sewer main that exists in 3rd Avenue and connects to a 14′ deep manhole in the center of Cascade Street. The closure will begin on Monday, August 17th and go through Friday, August 21st. Please see maps below for detour/closure plan.
